Shri Shivakumar Swamiji Nasimath

Love all - Work hard - Serve all

His Holiness Shri Shri Shivakumar Swamiji Nasimath (1947.-2023.), also known as Shri Nashiva, dedicated his life to spreading the knowledge of spirituality and uplifting awareness of the self and connection with the divine. His main goal was to unite people from all walks of life with one thought: to spread love, compassion, and peace towards oneself, others, and the world.

His life and teachings were simple and unique. He conducted and helped many people physically, financially, and spiritually throughout India, Europe, and worldwide. He freed people from boundaries and illusions of the mind and guided them towards development, humanity, kindness, love, and happiness.

He developed a simple system of spiritual practice and natural remedies for improving life called the Divine Health Program.

GURUJI NASIMATH’S LIFE

Shri Shivakumar Swamiji Nasimath (SM Nasimath) was born in Jamkhandi, Karnataka, South India, into the Jangama family. His mother, Smt Neelama, was a revered saint and spiritual guide for many. Despite his spiritual background and heritage, he continuously “tested God,” as he often said. He pursued a career in law, working as an advocate at the High Court, serving as Vice President of the Bangalore B.A.R. Association, and acting as General Secretary of the Handloom and Power Loom Weavers Association. He spearheaded numerous movements for the welfare and development of weavers and firmly believed in the value of hard work for the betterment of society. He married Smt Dr Sharada and had one son, Vikas Nasimath.

Although he professed to be a non-believer, God had different plans for him. He experienced a transformative encounter with Guru’s grace from Shri Shivalinga Swamiji of Kodi Mutt, Arasikere Taluk, Karnataka. This blessing led him to embark on rigorous spiritual practices, completely altering the course of his life. He began delivering lectures at spiritual conferences across Karnataka State, India, and Europe, focusing on universal love, compassion, and peace. He developed his system of practising divine techniques of self-development and healing.

GURUJI’S APPROACH:

HELPING PEOPLE IS THE BIGGEST HAPPINESS

His blessings and teachings have helped millions achieve health, happiness, and success in their personal and social lives. Many well-known politicians, scientists, entrepreneurs, and other prominent people sought his guidance. His holistic approach to natural & divine medicine has cured millions of people of diseases like bone marrow cancer, Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, and muscular dystrophy. His greatest reward was seeing the smiles and happiness of the people he helped.

“Help, share and give. Life is too precious to waste in crying, grumbling, anger, and hate. You must love yourself and others to expand your mind and grow.” Shri Shivakumar Samiji Nasimath

LOVE & RESPECT MOTHER NATURE

Mother Nature is a reflection of God. Lakshmi’s first name is Prakriti (Nature). She protects and provides for all living beings. Thus, worshipping, cherishing, and caring for nature is essential to a blissful life.

“I earnestly request all Math experts, gurus, priests, and leaders to teach people how to care for the environment. It includes saving water, harvesting rainwater, planting trees, and helping nature regenerate. Whether alone or in a group, you can do a lot by simply starting to implement those things.”  Shri Shivakumar Swamiji Nasimath

LOVE ALL, WORK HARD & SERVE ALL

H. H. Shri Shivakumar Swamiji Nasimath always emphasized kindness, faith, and discipline. Yes, there is karma (destiny). But with the blessings of the Guru, strong faith, and hard work, we can achieve everything we want and go beyond. Thus:

  • Love all – go beyond cast, religion and social status
  • Work hard (be disciplined) – to achieve your goals
  • Help and serve others – to create a better world
