For a long time it has been believed that the ability of brain to learn new things and its capacity you are losing how you are getting older. But, according to recent research of neuroscience it has been proved that every time you learn something new, your brain actually create new connections and neurons regardless of your age.
Brain is an organ that never stops changing… It is constantly reorganizing, creating new paths and links in-between cells. Whatever you think, imagine, do or feel actually physically changes your brain.
But to continue to change and develop it need a mental stimulation – thinking and learning. Mental stimulation strengthens the connections between neurons (synapses), improving neuron survival and cognitive functioning.
Therefore, always try to learn new and positive things so that your brain and perception can constantly grow and develop!
